BOSTON, June 23, 2006 – BAA Boston, developer and manager of the AIRMALL® at Logan International Airport, partnered with the AIRMALL®’s Dine Boston restaurant to offer travelers a taste of Boston’s best cooking. Steve LaCount, Head Chef at Chiara Bistro, is the latest chef to create new menu items as part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program. The new items will be available from June to August.
Since Dine Boston is conveniently located outside security, everyone who visits the airport, whether flying or meeting, will have the opportunity to sample Chef LaCount’s scrumptious fare. Being that Chef LaCount is one of the top chefs in all of Boston, Bostonians now have one more reason to come to the airport.

The AIRMALL®, in partnership with Dine Boston, developed the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, in which renowned New England chefs moonlight and create a special menu. This month’s menu will include items such as Grilled Calamari with a Sweet & Sour Apricot-Basil Coulis, Spanish Gazpacho with Grilled Jumbo Prawns, Balsamic Marinated Grilled Bistro Steak, Pan Seared Atlantic Swordfish Steak and Signature Hazelnut Praline Chèvre Cheesecake.
