BALTIMORE, October 11, 2010 – AIRMALL® USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North America and operators of the AIRMALL at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), will welcome a host of authors who will be conducting book signings in October at Borders, located in the airport’s Terminal A/B, Southwest Airlines.
The following two book signings are scheduled for Friday, October 15:
- Jim Zumwalt will sign copies of Bare Feet, Iron Will – Stories from the Other Side of Vietnam’s Battlefield from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Zumwalt is an author, speaker, business executive and retired Marine infantry officer who writes extensively on foreign policy and defense issues.
- From 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Cynthia Polansky will sign Far Above Rubies, a story about being caught in the nightmare of Hitler’s regime and Remote Control, an intelligent “chick lit” read for ages 16 and up.
On Friday, October 22, Bobbie Hinman, a writer from Bel Air, Md., will sign copies of The Bellybutton Fairy, The Knot Fairy, The Sock Fairy and The Fart Fairy from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Hinman is an author of enchantingly illustrated fables about the magical interaction between children and fairies.
On Saturday, October 23, author and speaker Kathie Truitt will sign False Victims, her psychological thriller based on a true story, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
On Friday, October 29, Dee Burrell will sign copies of her book, Open Up the Door and Let Me In, an inspiring story about her journey surviving breast cancer, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On Saturday, October 30, Austin Camacho will sign his five detective novels in the Hannibal Jones series, The Troubleshooter, Blood and Bone, Collateral Damage, Damaged Goods and Russian Roulette along with his two action thrillers, The Payback Assignment and The Orion Assignment, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
