BAA Boston Presents Coriander Bistro’s Chef Kevin Crawley to Participate in the AIRMALL®’s Dine Boston Vsiting Chefs Program

BOSTON, January 17, 2006 – BAA Boston, operator and manager of the AIRMALL® at Logan International Airport, has partnered with the AIRMALL®’s Dine Boston restaurant to give travelers a taste of Boston’s best cooking. Kevin Crawley, Head Chef at Coriander Bistro, will be featured in the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program from January – March.

Chef Crawley’s scrumptious creations are sure to please all who visit Logan — Dine Boston is situated just outside of security, so meeters, greeters and travelers alike can enjoy the master chef’s culinary artwork. Chef Crawley and Dine Boston’s Dave Martin will work together in the kitchen to create unique menu items for travelers interested in culinary masterpieces shaped from years of experience in some of Boston’s finest restaurants.

The AIRMALL®, in partnership with Dine Boston, developed the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, in which renowned New England chefs moonlight and create a special menu. This month’s menu will include items like Scallop & Escargot Vol-au-Vent with Sauce Bourgogne; Braised Lamb Shank with Truffled Parsnip Puree in a Madeira Date Reduction; and Thick Cut Cod Fillet, Crabmeat Brandale with a Lobster Salad in Lobster Sauce. Each course is paired with a wine. The program will feature one local culinary great, every two months, so that travelers can truly take a bit of Boston home with them. Recipes will be available to travelers on request.
