PITTSBURGH, June 12, 2006 – BAA USA recognized three outstanding AIRMALL® employees with the Quarterly Customer Service Award. Their exceptional customer service protocols earned each of them a trip for two to Phoenix, AZ.
Candy Express employee, Julian Martinez from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), Marisa Libertazzi from McDonald’s at Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS), and Bonnie Owens from Pittsburgh International Airport’s (PIT) Hudson News, were honored with the Quarterly Customer Service Award for going the extra mile and tending to every traveler’s specialized need or request.
