BALTIMORE – August 9, 2006 – BAA Maryland’s Quarterly Customer Service contest winner, Theodore Baker, Jr., was awarded a trip for two to San Francisco for his outstanding customer service. Theodore, who is the Pier D Manager for Creative Host Services at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), went above and beyond to ensure each customer received top-notch customer service, earning him this special reward.
