Quaker Steak & Lube is Latest Addition to Concessions Program
CLEVELAND, August 23, 2010 – Award-winning Buffalo wings have landed at the new AIRMALL® at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) with the opening of Quaker Steak & Lube. AIRMALL USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North America and operators of the AIRMALL at CLE, welcomed the fast-casual dining unit to Concourse B earlier this month. Quaker Steak & Lube (1,800 sq. ft.), operated by Ohio-based AVI Foodsystems, offer its “Best Wings USA” with a variety of signature sauces.
“Quaker Steak & Lube is a concept that’s right at home in northeast Ohio, which makes it a perfect addition to the AIRMALL at CLE,” said Mark Knight, president of AIRMALL USA. “Regional concepts are vitally important to the mix of retail and dining opportunities at the AIRMALL, and like all of our units, diners can choose from the Quaker Steak & Lube menu knowing they will pay ‘Regular Mall Pricing…Guaranteed.’”
Founded in 1974, Quaker Steak & Lube is a family-friendly restaurant with a motor-themed atmosphere. Commonly referred to as “The Lube,” the restaurant features a unique blend of great service, award-winning food, supercharged events, and eye-popping décor. Today, with more than 30 locations, The Lube serves upwards of 70 million wings annually, sells bottled sauces around the world, has won the title of “Best Wings USA,” and has more than 100 local, national, and international awards for its wings and more than 21 signature wing sauces.

Now in its second year of development, the new AIRMALL at CLE will boast 55 stores and occupy 76,000 square feet of retail space when it is completed later this year.
