AIRMALL® USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North Americaand operator of the AIRMALL at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), hasmarked the beginning of a new era in high-quality airport dining with the openingof Bar Symon, the first airport restaurant to feature the inventive cuisine ofcelebrity chef Michael Symon. On August 20, Chef Symon will join officialsfrom Allegheny County, the Allegheny County Airport Authority, AIRMALL,and The Paradies Shops for a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony at therestaurant. During the event, travelers and attendees will also enjoy samples ofthe restaurant’s inventive cuisine. In addition, a select number of people that arethe first to visit the restaurant during the grand opening will receive acomplimentary autographed cookbook from Chef Symon. |
