Alex and Ani, Travel + Leisure Travel Store and Così Join Dynamic Concessions Program
BOSTON, January 2, 2013 – This New Year, AIRMALL® USA, developer of the leading airport concessions model in North America, is bringing several unique new shopping and dining options to travelers at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS):
- Alex and Ani (320 sq. ft.) is a new specialty retail concept at the AIRMALL BOS and is located in Terminal E. The store offers eco-friendly and stylish accessories that emit a positive energy, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings. Alex and Ani accessories provide a vehicle for wearers to express their individuality in an organic, spiritual way. The company is based in New England and also has a retail location on Newbury Street in Boston.
- Travel + Leisure Travel Store (1,545 sq. ft.) brings the adventurous spirit of the popular magazine to a unique retail experience. Located in Terminal E, this one-stop travel shop was created by Travel + Leisure magazine and Hudson Group. The store offers a wide array of products aimed at enhancing the travel experience, such as luggage and travel accessories, including rolling luggage, duffle bags, travel blankets and pillows, and messenger bags.
- Così (1,235 sq. ft.) will offer travelers in the Southwest Airlines holdroom a place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Così was founded on the idea that good food will make that journey all the more delicious. The restaurant serves hand-tossed salads, freshly prepared sandwiches on warm bread, flatbread pizzas topped with the freshest ingredients, a variety of comforting soups, and breakfast favorites such as wraps and oatmeal.

AIRMALL Boston currently manages and develops the retail concessions program for Boston Logan International Airport in terminals B and E, which represents a total of 90,000 square feet of retail concession space. The AIRMALL at BOS includes more than 35 restaurants and bars, nearly 20 specialty retail units, 13 news and gift stores, and a host of other services.
In November 2012, the AIRMALL at BOS was honored with two ACI-NA Excellence in Airport Concessions Awards. International Shoppes-Virtual Wall Shop earned second place in the Best Innovative Consumer Experience Concept or Practice category. Automatic Apparel received third place in the Best New Consumer Service Concept category.
