AIRMALL Receives Top Honors in Best Customer Service and Unique Services Categories
CLEVELAND, February 27, 2013 – AIRMALL® USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North America and operator of the AIRMALL® at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) won two awards in the ARN 2013 Best Airports & Concessionaires Awards program. The AIRMALL at CLE received top honors in two categories, including “Airport with the Best Customer Service (medium airport)” and “Airport with the Most Unique Services (medium airport).” AIRMALL received the awards at a banquet on Tuesday, February 26 during the ARN 2013 Revenue Conference & Exhibition (February 24-26 in Las Vegas, Nev.) The AIRMALL will also be featured with other winners in the April 2013 issue of Airport Revenue News.
