Classic Premium Deli Now Open in Center Core
PITTSBURGH – Farm Fresh Deli (607 sq. ft.) is now open at Pittsburgh International Airport’s AirMall with a variety of made-to-order sandwiches, homemade organic soups, bountiful salads and side dishes made with fresh ingredients and also local seasonal produce, when available.
“Pittsburgh Farm Fresh Deli not only treats travelers to their favorite classic deli foods, they elevate the menu with natural, organic and specialty dishes,” said Bob Kerlik, vice president of media relations. “They also source some produce locally when in season.”
Located in the Center Core, Farm Fresh Deli offers a classic deli atmosphere and menu that includes specialty sandwiches, delicious potato salad, coleslaw and pasta salad, salads made with organic greens, and organic soups. Passengers with early flights will be delighted by the breakfast fare, including sandwiches and paninis made with sausage or bacon, cage-free eggs made to order, and carved ham off the bone.
Sandwich lovers have their pick with Italian subs, pastrami, or fresh-roasted ham, turkey and free-range chicken all hand-carved to order and served on fresh bread handcrafted by BreadWorks.
An added touch is the “Pickle Pepper Patch,” an assortment of 16 pickles and peppers for deli-lovers to customize their sandwich.
